NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF LOCAL LAW

 TAKE NOTICE that after a public hearing held by the Town Board of the Town of Kirkwood on September 30, 2025 at the Joseph A. Griffin Town Hall, 70 Crescent Drive, Kirkwood, NY, the Town Board voted on October 7, 2025 to adopt Local Law 9-2025 entitled “A Local Law Affecting A Temporary Moratorium Within The Town Of Kirkwood On The Development And Construction Of Solar Energy Systems.”
