NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Kirkwood will hold a public hearing on June 11, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at Joseph A. Griffin Town Hall, 70 Crescent Drive, Kirkwood, NY on the site plan review and special use permit application of Norbut Solar Farms regarding property located at 149 Quilty Hill Road (TM# 147.00-1-2.2 & 147.00-1-7.11) in Agricultural/Rural Residence Zoning Districts, and property located at 165 Foley Road (TM# 147.00-1-2.11) in Residence R and Agricultural/Rural Residence Zoning Districts. The application is for construction of a 15MWac solar farm.
