LEGAL NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Kirkwood, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of December, 2024, duly adopted, subject to a permissive referendum, a resolution which is as follows:
New York State Town Law § 64(2), a Resolution authorizing the Supervisor to execute a lease of the property at 80 River Run Lane (tax map no. 228.16-1-23) to Christy Fedorwich for the purposes of gardening, mowing grass and controlling vegetation overgrowth.
