NOTICE OF CONTINUATION OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF KIRKWOOD PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Kirkwood will hold the continuance of the public hearing on the site plan review application of Stanley Hollow Creek, LLC, a subsidiary of BlueWave Solar regarding property located at 388 Colesville Road in the Town of Kirkwood, also known as Tax Map No. 146.04-1-48, for the construction of a 2.80 MW-AC dual-use agrivoltaics distributed generation, ground-mounted solar energy system facility. The continuation of the public hearing will be held on October 16, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at Joseph A. Griffin Town Hall, 70 Crescent Drive, Kirkwood, NY.
