NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Kirkwood will hold a public hearing on October 21, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Joseph A. Griffin Town Hall, 70 Crescent Drive, Kirkwood, NY on the application of James DiFulvio regarding property located at 422 Old State Road in the Town of Kirkwood, Tax Map No. 129.15-2-31 and located in a Residence 1 Zoning District. The application is for an area variance to install a metal carport or garage on the property with less than the required setback.
Communications in writing in relation thereto may be filed with the Zoning Board of Appeals prior to the public hearing. Persons who require assistance in attending said public hearing or in furnishing comments and suggestions, should contact the ZBA Office at (607) 775-4313 to request such assistance.
